WebSo I'm trying to tweak the affinity and priority of SC in my task manager to fix the CPU max out I've been dealing with, but for some reason it keeps telling me "access denied" when I try to change the affinity or priority. I checked security/permissions and my admin and user account have full access, but for some reason it's shutting me out.
