If you remove those valves it will be just like running the heat in your house non stop with no thermostat. Without those valves you have no way to turn the heat off even in the summer. I've contacted the dealership and they want $300+ for the valve. If anyone knows if there are rebuild kits for E36's and if so, where I can find one.
