WitrynaIn order to progress through IMSCARED, the game leaves files in a folder called "imscared" on the player's desktop. These files are mostly text documents which give hints and are also a way for White Face to communicate with the player. Modifying some of the files (such as deleting them or editing them) is necessary to complete the game.
