WebFor pistols, I find the Carnifex to be a cheaper alternative to the Paladin. It won't hit as hard, but it'll get the kill, and you have to worry about ammo as often as the Executioner. For SMGs, I prefer the Hornet. I didn't really use the others, sorry. Hornet was lightweight and accurate. Plus, it could waltz through most Cerberus firefights.
